REVIEW
I found A Charming Wish to be well...charming.
I loved all the detail Tonya put into the book. I was actually able to picture the characters and the events taking place. The mystery of who done it and why kept me guessing and I can say I was surprised with the who and why.
Strange things start to happen in Whispering Falls when spiritualist June Heal comes across a genie bottle in her homeopathic cure shop, A Charming Cure. June is accused of murder and she has to find out who is framing her and why. Things get worse when those she thought were her friends get upset with her and tell everyone who will listen that they think she is guilty. With the help of her Fairy God Cat, Mr. Prince Charming, her moody and opinionated crystal ball, Madame Torres, and Belur the genie, June has to find out who the true killer is.
This is only the second book that I've read from Tonya and the series but I can tell you that everything flowed well and I didn't feel like I missed out by not reading the previous books. With that being said, I was a little disappointed by some of the events. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in this series, hoping that it will make everything right in the Whispering Falls world again. (Fingers and toes are crossed!)
