REVIEW

***Spoiler Alert!!***
This is a story of a woman, Natasha, who blogs about video games that cause violence.  When her brother kills people along with himself after playing a certain type of video game, she goes on a rampage to shut down the company that makes the games.  She believes there were subliminal messages in the games making anyone who plays them want to kill.  Since her brother was mentally disturbed, everyone assmumed it was a conspiracy theory she made up.
Sixteen years later, she started a blog because she found new video games that are almost identical to the games her brother had played and she believes the same person is behind the company making the games.  Anyone that goes against this company by speaking out, is ultimately killed or disappears.  However, the owner, Matthew Chrysler is never proven to be associated with these horrible activities.  He hires a hit man that he's blackmailing to kill Natasha.  The blackmail is not spelled out very clearly, just that the hit man is a fugitive and has a younger sister with Downs Syndrome that he's trying to protect.  When Alex goes to kill Natasha, he discovers she has two children and one of them has Downs.  He ends up shooting her in the stomach so she has a chance to survive.  She discovers that this is due to her blog and decides not to put her family at risk and stops blogging.  It's reported that she died so Alex no longer pursues her.
When Natasha is witness to a twelve-year-old killing people in the mall due to video games, she resumes blogging and Alex is after her again.  He has a soft spot for her and doesn't really want to kill her but shows up at her house, the grocery store, church, and any other place where he can prove that she has no protection from her ex-husband, the police, or the FBI.  He will always find her.
Alex ends up falling for Natasha and her ex-husband is back in the picture after she gets shot. Her husband admits that he still loves her and even the detective on her case wants to date her.
Ultimately, Alex's true identity is discovered.  He ends up taking her children hostage so he can try to escape the country with his sister, Natasha, and her kids to get away from Matthew Chrysler.
Matthew Chrysler has the FBI on his payroll so Alex's plan backfires.  He gets shot and it's assumed he goes to jail.  Natasha gets back together with her ex-husband and takes care of Alex's sister after a myriad of people take down Matthew Chrysler and the bad FBI agents.
I liked the overall story. I just wish some parts of Alex's life, Matthew's life, Natasha's relationship with her ex-husband, & Natasha's relationship with her mother were a little more detailed and clear.
