Within the shadows, a prophecy-bound assassin emerges, holding the fate of our world in their lethal grip - the key to salvation or the catalyst of our downfall.
Trouble Ferell is your average gun toting assassin, never once caught she revels in anonymity. But she can’t face the demonic force that has come for her. She can no longer trust herself but burgeoning from her is that what you’d call magic. Now, as a sorceress with divine lineage she must face creatures from other realms in a race against time.
Confronting the truth, she must rise to the occasion of becoming the most formidable witch throughout history. She is tasked with banishing abominable entities back to the depths of the Underworld, all while ensuring her own survival. Pity. It’s on Tuesday.
I created two worlds: one being Perrish, the other is called The Hidden Realms. Perrish is the modern city on Earth on near the Atlantic Ocean in USA. I’m thinking it would sit somewhere between Florida and North Carolina. It’s large and is divided into quadrants. This is typical of most big cities; north, south, east, and west. Trouble Ferell, the protagonist lives in the middle of downtown Perrish and that is where most of the action is.
The Hidden Realms is where the other action is. It is where the magic is and where the magical beings live. I thought of these places and gave them rather normal names letting the action speak for it rather than giving it a name I couldn’t pronounce. Here Trouble comes to find herself and how she fits in the world. I have every kind of magical creature, except elves and orcs. I think there are enough of those.
In my worlds, I tried to balance the races and being so that it was diverse enough. I tried not to discriminate but you know when you are creating worlds of fiction you leave out someone. I didn’t want to do that.
Other than Trouble and hunky Xaivier Stalphe you met little spunky Digits, who is Trouble’s crush and a DJ. There is the brain of Trouble’s operation Zander Tsui. He’s a wonder boy and a prodigy, he supplies the gadgets and is the getaway driver. Post is Trouble’s bartender and a sage. He is also Trouble’s most loyal employee and sometime bouncer.
The last person I will mention is Goddess Mother. She is the deity of the novel. When I was creating this world, I thought about whether I wanted to touch religion. I found through my research that fantasy religion differs greatly from real world religion. I made my deity cheeky, smart and funny. She also has a child-like wonder about the world she’s created. I don’t say that the Abrahamic God, nor the Islamic or any other God doesn’t exist because I, myself am spiritual. I do have a humorous moment about it but that is it. I don’t aim to piss anyone off with this book. I just wanted everyone a grand time with it. And that is what I think I have done.
When Darkness looms, the world finds its hero…
In "The Witches Prophecy," Trouble Ferell, a renowned assassin, yearns for normalcy and acceptance. However, her world turns upside down when she discovers her involvement in an ancient prophecy and unlocks her long-dormant magical abilities. Doubt and uncertainty fill her mind as she grapples with her newfound identity and the visitations of a powerful deity.
With her best friend turned lover by her side, Trouble must confront monstrous beings in human bodies and an impending apocalypse orchestrated by Chaos, an entity seeking her as his bride. As interdimensional gates creak open, Earth dangles on the edge of peril. Trouble must embrace her role as both a Demi-goddess and witch, rallying against her half-sister's ascent and thwarting Chaos's pursuit of the formidable Darkveil Talisman.
In a race against time, Trouble and Xaivier unravel the tapestry of their shared history, hurtling towards an epic clash that pits good against evil. 'The Witches Prophecy' weaves a spellbinding tale, where ultimate victory tips the scales for but one contender. Pity. It’s only Tuesday.
