REVIEW
This was a cute book.

Laura Roberts is a bookkeeper who unknowingly sees illegal activity going on between her boss and other people.  Chase Donovan, the boss’ son comes to her rescue when his father and his partners go after Laura.  Chase is a playboy who never thought he'd settle down but he and Laura accidentally fall in love during his heroic efforts to help save her.

Their love affair happens quickly. They get married within a matter of days and she gets pregnant immediately.  Usually books like this don't hold my interest but Laura and Chase are very endearing.  They learn about each other very quickly due to their circumstances and it seems they will make good parents too.  It would be nice to see a sequel with the baby, Matthew, being older and learning of how his parents got together.
