Spotlight & Giveaway ~ MURDER, PLAINLY READ by Isabella Alan

Murder,Plainly Read (Amish Quilt Shop Series, #4)
by: Isabella Alan
Series: Amish Quilt Shop
Genre: Cozy Mystery
Release Date: October 6, 2015

In the latest from the author of Murder, Served Simply, an Amish man checks out permanently, but quilt shop owner Angie Braddock’s got this mystery covered…

With so much to do between running her shop and spending time with her new boyfriend, it’s amazing Angie is able to help organize the Rolling Brook library's annual book sale. Luckily she’s working alongside brash librarian Austina Shaker, a lady who isn’t afraid to make waves to get books to her patrons—even the Amish. Unfortunately, this draws the ire of cranky Bartholomew Belier, an Old Order Amish bishop, who publicly vows to ruin Austina.

And she certainly might be ruined after Belier is found dead in her bookmobile. Now Angie must employ the help of her loyal quilting circle—as well as her beloved French bulldog, Oliver—if she hopes to prove Austina’s innocence before the real killer books it…

  2. This is one of my favorite series and I drool over the interesting descriptions of types of quilt. I am not a quilter either, my granny taught me to knit, but that was about as crafty as I got! Thanks for the chance to win!

    1. Oh my gosh. I totally forgot your first name. I'm sorry. I remember being a kid trying to knit too. I think I might have only lasted two days. My mom bought all the supplies I needed and everything. I think she might have even attempted once or twice herself.

      Good luck with the giveaway.

    1. Hi Anita.

You know, I think it's the trend that no one who's entering is a quilter. I think it would be awesome to be one.

      Good luck.

    1. Hi Chastity.

I thought about taking a quilting class, but I would have to buy the machine and I don't want to waste the money, if I'm just going to end up failing.
