Review ~ ONLY YOU AT CHRISTMAS by Ginny Baird

Only You at Christmas (Christmas Town, #3)
by: Ginny Baird
Series: Christmas Town
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: March 10, 2017
Publisher: Winter Wedding Press

Come home this Christmas to...
CHRISTMAS TOWN, TENNESSEE
Where everyday dreams come true!

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Ginny Baird continues her heartwarming holiday series...

Former interior designer and store owner Olivia Livingston followed her brother to Christmas Town, Tennessee two and a half years ago and never looked back. It was the perfect place for purchasing the holiday knickknack shop, All Things Christmas, and an ideal spot for hiding from heartache. Olivia’s broken engagement to a Virginia vintner three years before shattered her illusions about love. So when a hot, young architect comes to town to restore the Grand Hotel, Olivia has no qualms about working with him on the project. Nick Claus might be tall, dark and exceedingly handsome—with spectacular blue eyes. But that doesn’t mean Olivia’s even mildly attracted to the really nice guy, who can totally fill out a pair of jeans. And, seriously? What is the deal with him thinking he can tell when she’s been naughty or nice?

REVIEW
I simply loved Only You at Christmas.  I feel like a broken record, repeating things I’ve said in reviews of previous books in this series.  However, there is no denying that Ginny Baird has created a magical place with her Christmas Town series.  She goes into vivid details of Christmas Town, Tennessee and its various residents.  While this is the third book in the series and quite possibly a standalone read, I think the first book should be read.  That way, you have a better idea of who all the secondary characters are.

Nick Claus is an architect from Maine.  Along with Olivia Livingston, an interior designer by trade, but current owner of All Things Christmas in Christmas Town, Nick has been tasked with restoring the Grand Hotel.  Both are single and are not looking for love.  Too bad their friends and family in Christmas Town all choose to ignore their not looking for love statements.  Each have their own reasons for staying single.  For Olivia, it’s that she is still recovering from a three-year-old broken heart and engagement.  For Nick, it’s not finding anyone who understands and accepts his interesting quirks.

When Nick and Olivia first lay eyes on each other, their attraction is immediate.  Each are leery, but they are both willing to try a date or two.  Being around each other proves to be more mind-blowing and eye-opening than expected.

I’ve always felt that Christmas romances were more special and magical than regular contemporary romances.  That sentiment is extremely true with Only You at Christmas. This book had me smiling from the first page.  Prepare to fall in love with Olivia, Nate, the residents of Christmas Town, and the magic of Christmas itself.  After all, if you just believe, anything is possible.
