2019 Gratitude Giveaway Hop

Hello. Thank you for stopping by. This is the 2019 Gratitude Giveaway Hop, hosted by Bookhounds. I joined this hop as a way to thank my followers for being a part of my blogging journey. Blogging is actually time-consuming and at times hard work. The reward is the opportunity to talk with readers who share my interest in books. I can’t forget about the authors. Blogging has actually allowed me to read and discover new authors.

If you are a follower of the blog or follow me on Facebook or Twitter, then you know Karen Booth is one of my favorite authors. This year, she blew me away with her 2019 releases. One book, in particular, stood out because it introduced me to a new concept. Karen’s book, Tempted by Scandal kicked off Harlequin Desire’s Dynasties: The Secrets of the A-List series. This series was written by four authors, who each had their main book characters who they either gave HEA’s to or HFN’s to. There was also a series hero and heroine who appeared in all four books, who had to fight extremely hard to be together. The Dynasties: The Secrets of the A-List series is like a nighttime soap opera in book form. Think Dynasty, Dallas, and Empire.

For this giveaway, I am giving away a Kindle copy of Karen’s Tempted by Scandal. This giveaway is open to anyone who can accept the book from a US Amazon account.

  1. Happy Friday! I don't start any preparations until November usually. Decorations go up on Black Friday after I've gone shopping. Happy Holidays to you and your family. Thank you so much for participating in the Hop!

  8. I have already started getting gifts. I don't do any cooking as no one comes to visit and we aren't expected to take anything for lunch with my in-laws. I won't be decorating again this year because Miss Lulu still can't be trusted.

    1. The Twins can't be trusted to not get on the bar, where the Christmas village is set up. We've waken up to see paw prints in the snow and little people knocked over. Last year, I had to redo the Thanksgiving decorations at the front door entry shelf. Coco kept climbing up to the shelf and bringing me pine cones in the middle of the night. She's a giver like that.
