In Wolf on the Edge, Corporal Carter Nelson has been struggling with controlling his inner wolf for a while now so he has been forced to see a beautiful therapist named Dr. Hadley Delacroix. As he navigates his issues without spilling the beans to Hadley that he is a werewolf, the introduction of a demented serial killer complicates things significantly. Since this serial killer has threatened to eat Hadley for dinner like Hannibal Lecter, things begin to take a turn for better and worse. On the one hand, it brings Carter and Hadley together, on the other hand, some more supernatural beings enter the scene to the surprise of everyone. That’s not the only surprise that Carter will deal with. There’s plenty of romance, steamy scenes, and action outside of the bedroom. The author continues to catch me off guard just when I think I have it all figured out. I could go on but I just don’t want to spoil it. You’ll have to see it for yourself.
I have read every book in this series and I’m anxious to see how it all ends, although I will be disappointed too. Nonetheless, this is another great book by Paige Tyler. I am a huge fan.
